Founded in 1993 as a sheet and metal processing company by three people in Weddersleben, the company has developed into a medium-sized company currently with 14 employees. At the start, we manufactured simple, straightforward stamped parts on old used machinery. Now, we use modern CNC-controlled stamping and bending technology. Over time, the products have become more demanding, more complicated and of higher quality. Our customers are primarily located all over Germany. Here, we produce metal parts which are stamped, bent, sawn and welded. The demand for these has continually increased and now covers fixing parts for trade, housing construction and the assembly of components for high-tech medical equipment through to sheet metal stamped parts. The production building at it's current location at Klopstockweg 25 has been gradually modernised. Construction measures have been taken alongside actual production.

Its product range includes everything from amide wax to polyethylene wax and sugar cane wax. Fischer-Tropsch waxes and polypropylene waxes are also available in the standard range. The range is completed by hybrid and coated waxes. The DEUREX wax assortment will entice you with maximum delivery flexibility. The waxes are available in various degrees of fineness and even in liquid form. The waxes can be delivered in the form of granulate, fine granulate, powder, finest powder, as micronised waxes as well as wax dispersions and wax emulsions. Wax dispersions and wax emulsions are available as water-based, oil-based or solvent-based versions. Our waxes are utilised in various applications, in particular for asphalt, printing inks, liquid coatings and powder coatings.

The company was founded by Harald Emde in August 1980. The first and initially only manufactured product, the EMDE LIFT flexible screw conveyor, laid the foundation for a company which is now known globally far beyond the borders of Germany with a variety of spheres of action in all industries. In the early years, the product range was rapidly extended to further plant components for handling bulk materials, etc. In the mid-80s, the big bag became a popular container for transporting bulk materials. Corresponding filling and emptying stations were developed at the same time. In 1986, the drilling technology range for anchor drilling was added to the production spectrum. This was very quickly further expanded, and extended with further important mainstays (large-pile, exploratory and geothermal drilling). In the same year, a toolmaking company specialising in the manufacture of LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) moulds was bought on account of its highly interesting and innovative technology. In 2000, the expertise of a company called Wutra, based in Wurzen in Saxony, was bought in. At the time of the takeover, the company had 30 employees; it now employs three times as many, producing conveyor technology for mass bulk materials mainly for the construction material, salt and fertiliser industries. In 2005, a large company with its own foundry was acquired as part of a management buyout at the Stassfurt location.
