Our company was founded in Magdeburg in 1991. The main activity was initially consulting and customer service for plant construction in the food and pharmaceuticals industries. At the end of 2011, the company took a new direction with the expansion of its business to include engineering and plant construction for the chemicals, pharmaceuticals and food industries as well as the energy sector. A team of experienced engineers and plant manufacturers, skilled in taking up exceptional challenges, was put together to form the basis of the company's new orientation. The renaming of the company as B+B Engineering GmbH was the first visible indication of this change

We are a service provider based in Peseckendorf, near Oschersleben, and we successfully collaborate with our customers on service contracts in compliance with the German Law on the Contracting Out of Labour (ÄUG). Guthmann GmbH was formed from the individual enterprise of Lutz Guthmann, which has been active in the installation sector since 1990. We primarily work in prefabricated construction and pipeline construction in the stainless steel sector for the brewing, dairy, food and pharmaceutical industries. We have a permanent workforce of 80 fitters, three CAD designers and a welding engineer, all of whom have amassed extensive expert knowledge spanning a wide range of applications over the years – meaning our clients benefit from the very latest technologies. Our company works with orbital welding technologies, endoscopy and CAD support for the construction sector. Our fitters have completed their welder exams to European standards and work on site using our tools.
