The combination of craftsmanship and expertise employed in the manufacture and refinement of our plant oils makes our company an important and reliable partner for the food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and animal feed industries. Carl Geiger founded an oil mill in 1899 in the German city of Marbach am Neckar, which was bought by the Switzerland-based Hochdorf Gruppe in 2015. The Marbach oil mill attaches great importance both to a gentle approach to further processing and to the origin and quality of the raw materials. The seeds used come predominantly from organically controlled cultivation. Our cold-pressed oils come from traditional seeds such as sunflowers or rape seed. We also produce special oils, such as apricot kernel oil and linseed. We carefully grind the press cakes to produce flours rich in fibre and protein for a range of uses and applications.

Our company works with synthetic materials and specialises in the manufacture of PET bottles. Development, design and production of PET bottles and containers: We make PET bottles with volumes of 20 – 1000 ml. We have a production capacity of more than 150 million bottles per year. The one-step injection stretch blow moulding plant and two-step stretch blow moulding plant we use are state-of-the-art technology for the production of PET bottles and containers. We produce our own preforms in modern facilities. Use in industry: Cosmetics, cleaning products, chemicals, honey, mustard, sauces, fruit juices, spirits, vinegar and cooking oil, milk, mixers and other beverages. One of our specialities is the development and production of so-called panel-less PET hot fill bottles. Our flexible manufacturing technique allows us to fulfil small as well as large batch orders at low prices.

Production of compressors, oil-free diaphragm compressors up to 1440 l/m and silent compressors up to 50 dB (A) and vacuum pumps. ABN Apparatebau Nittenau GmbH was founded in 1982. ABN took over the production of compressors and vacuum pumps from AOA Gauting, who until then had owned a subsidiary plant on the company premises. AOA is still active in the fuel pump sectors of the aviation and aerospace industries. This expertise was also key to developing the oil-free diaphragm technology for compressors and vacuum pumps. In 1988, under the leadership of the current CEO Karl Heigle, ABN began actively marketing this environmentally friendly, long-lasting diaphragm technology. ABN can now proudly state that this technology is on the rise worldwide and is making an important contribution to protecting our environment thanks to the oil-free technology.
