cnc-multitool is part of the Quepas Group and dates back to 1996. Quepas develops not only CNC machinery for Styropor and Styrodur, but also software. Since 2006, we have been producing 2D and 3D objects from EPS, XPS and EPP on behalf of our customers using our own machinery. This results in a mutual transfer of expertise, which ensures that cnc-multitool is always progressing. Founder and CEO of Quepas and cnc-multitool is Ingo Besinger. As a young engineer, he started out by developing modular kits for small Styrofoam cutting machines. Impressed by the quality, customers kept demanding more powerful machines and extra functions. This gave rise to the most innovative German manufacturer of CNC software and machinery for the processing of polystyrene, polypropylene and other thermal foams. To this day, the "Made in Germany" stamp stands for high quality, which is very much part of our company philosophy at cnc-multitool.

RecyTec GmbH is a diverse, family-run company that has been processing plastics and other valuable materials for over a decade. Our aim is to reprocess waste into reusable raw materials through innovative processes, thereby conserving valuable resources. Our versatile machinery enables us to perform numerous recycling steps at our sites. Our in-house container service is perfectly adapted to our operational area. We handle the entire disposal process for your production facilities, even under difficult conditions. In addition to disposal, we can also supply you with any secondary raw materials or loading equipment you may require. Our daily processing operations include hard plastics such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS, PVC, PET, GPPS and PA.

Our range includes certified air cushions made of 100% recycled paper, which are in turn 100% recyclable. AirWave organic bubble wrap (made of a potato starch blend) are 100% home-compostable. The climate-neutral AirWave bubble wrap has been awarded with the 'Blue Angel' label and is also one of our sustainable products. But environmental protection at FLÖTER already begins far earlier than this. Climate change is already at the forefront of our thoughts in product development. With this thinking, we optimise our technologies until we can present products that keep the perfect balance between product protection and environmental compatibility at all times with minimised energy requirements, reduced film thickness and the lowest possible noise pollution.
