As a manufacturer of custom-produced plating and industrial plants, we have focused on individual planning and manufacturing tailored to customer and process specifications since the company was founded. Our work is shaped by our experience and extensive, detailed knowledge gained from decades of building systems for a wide variety of industries. After gradually expanding production, and following an extensive planning process, we built a new company facility at our headquarters in the Franconian town of Allersberg in the spring of 2016. We combined manufacturing areas previously housed in different buildings into one production facility almost 5, 000 sq.m in size. This allows us to optimize internal processes and shorten coordination channels. Today, our team is made up of around 70 qualified and ambitious specialists, supporting and serving our customers around the world. The broad scope of our production expertise gives us the best possible flexibility – from planning department drafts to on-site installation.

All our steel parts are galvanised in line with DIN EN ISO 1462 and DIN EN 10346: 2009-07, and consequently offer protection against corrosion and weathering. The initially glossy surfaces will become dull with time, but will present no defects. Dark, dull, burnt areas, white rust and small irregularities are not faults, but rather a natural part of the appearance of batch-galvanised steel outer surfaces. BWA system refuse housing: The housing is designed as a variable modular system. It is high-quality, stable and integrated into the surroundings – with four standard modules that can, however, be individually adapted to your wishes.

Besides the natural stone heating systems (made from marble, granite or other kinds of natural stone) the company also offer lightweight infrared heating systems (in the form of infrared heating panels) made of 1.0 mm galvanised steel sheets. A special surface coating creates the perfect thermal output. Thanks to the IP44 protection class, these infrared heating elements are also suitable to use in wet areas. A further innovative product is presented by the infrared glass radiator, the elegant and smooth design of which would fit ideally into any modern interior design. The simple assembly frame enables the heating elements to be attached to the wall as well as the ceiling. For industrial applications, the company provides special high-temperature radiators. These are especially suited to heating large spaces, from production halls and warehouses to public spaces and churches. Also suitable for large terraces.
