Since 2006, we have been an owner-managed company with a wide product and service portfolio in the load carrier industry. Our managing director Sefer Sengin is always personally available for you in the operative business – just like our skilled team. Our two conveniently located sites in the greater Stuttgart area make our Europe-wide supply possible: Pallet cages are the focus at our 20, 000 m² site in Bissingen an der Teck – here, these are manufactured by our state-of-the-art machines, or expertly repaired. A few kilometres away, in Lenningen, our 40, 000 m² site is entirely focussed on pallets. For both types of load carrier, ZS offers its customers exchange, sale or repair services. Pallet cage rental is another large division. Our own fleet with skilled, qualified drivers and dedicated teams at both locations are important factors for sustainable success.

Since the company was founded in 1905, we have specialised in wood. Over several generations, we have evolved from a timber plant with water-powered sawmills to an ultra-modern pallet manufacturer producing approx. 2 million pallets every year for the German and European market. As a medium-sized company, we attach great importance to ensuring direct contact with our customers. Our customer orientation and flexibility mean that we are always in a position to address the specific wishes and suggestions of our customers. Our company philosophy includes: the highest quality standards - absolute reliability - maximum flexibility - a continuous optimisation process. We meet these stringent demands thanks to: Production and storage facilities covering approx. 30, 000 square metres. To ensure that we can react to customer requirements at short notice, we always have a wide variety of our customer pallets in dry storage, as well as all chemical pallets. Three fully-automated production lines: several pallet types are manufactured simultaneously on our production lines. A failure on one line can therefore easily be offset. Drying capacities: several drying rooms allow us to dry all pallets and deliver them to our customers in accordance with the ISPM 15 Standard (IPPC).
