Titanium Textiles AG is a young, innovative, internationally operational start-up company. Our objective is to improve the lives of patients in need of surgical interventions. That's why we developed a globally unique and groundbreaking technology that we call elastic titanium. Titanium Textiles AG develops, produces and distributes surgical suture materials and surgical mesh from high-strength, ultra-thin titanium micro-wire. Our titanium wire is made from grade 1, 2 and 5 titanium, and is available in thicknesses ranging between 0.020 mm and 1.2 mm for industrial applications. Our titanium wire mesh is woven from fine wires measuring from 0.040 mm to 0.060 mm in thickness. The material weighs 25–35 mg/cm². The mesh is characterised by its high elasticity and can also be used for non-medical applications.

For more than 25 years, ANKURO has been supplying semi-finished products and services for high-performance materials or so-called refractory metals. We are also strongly positioned for customer-specific manufacturing of titanium felt sheets. We supply titanium felt in thicknesses from 0.1–5.0 mm and panel formats up to L1500xW500[mm]. The porosity of titanium felt can range from 50–90%. The fibre thickness used can be 20 µm or 50 µm. We are happy to support you in your product development. We work with SolidWorks, Inventor and AutoCad.
