The fully automatic press is a mature and reliable system that has already proven itself many times under the toughest conditions. Compared to our competitors in the market, the difference we offer lies in myriad details and, primarily, in the definition of 'fully automatic operation'. The AF filter machine continuously produces and empties filter cakes without the presence of an operator. It is guaranteed that no medium can escape in an uncontrolled manner. On the other hand, our BC series for semi-automatic applications impresses with its simplicity and at the same time maximum convenience for the operator. Small manual filter presses up to format 630 are covered by the EC series. The LCM 320 (Pocket Press Membrane), however, can be used mobile on a practical trolley, ideally on site. This machine can also be used as a test filter press in a case to make a suitable choice of cloth or to check the filterability of the suspension. Sinus GmbH was founded in 2002 in Mönsheim, Swabia. In January 2012, Mr Bassem Bouhlel purchased Sinus GmbH. Since then, Mr Bouhlel has been the Managing Director of Sinus GmbH. In 2012, immediately after the business handover of Sinus GmbH, the company headquarters moved from Mönsheim to Kerpen. At the end of 2014, the company headquarters was relocated again – from Kerpen to Hamburg. That's when a storage area was also added to the office spaces, so that commissioning of orders could take place from a single source. As an owner-managed family business, we launched out company, Filtrum GmbH, in Hemer in 2004. Today, we deliver our plastic injection-moulded parts, stamped parts and moulded parts as well as our filters & dirt trap applications throughout Europe. Our customers operate in the fields of service water, heating technology and electrical engineering among others, and we have provided them with reliable support for a number of years. Extending our portfolio, we also provide products in the field of longitudinal/roll seam welding. This allows us to offer our customers larger filters with a diameter of up to approx. 200 mm and a length of up to approx. 750 mm. What has driven us forward since 2004? Turning our customers’ ideas into reality: all articles are custom-made products that we manufacture in accordance with your drawings and specifications. The following types of material are currently used: Plastic injection moulding: POM, certified for drinking water, PP, PE, PU, ABS. Stamped & moulded parts: brass, stainless steel. Filter inserts & dirt trap applications: 1.4301 + 1.4401 in wire thicknesses from 0.0125 mm to 4 mm and mesh sizes from 20 µm to 4000 µm
