Since 1998, Stieler Kunststoff Service GmbH in Goslar has developed innovative solutions for special technologies in the field of plastics engineering & sells equipment technology produced in-house worldwide. The technologies include processes such as internal gas pressure, external as pressure, water and projectile injection, physical foaming with our own patented process and much more besides. Our CoolFlow technology (rinsing with nitrogen at -30°C) is one of our key technologies for reducing warping tendencies and, above all, cycle times. There are also tempering techniques which can remedy special problems in plastic injection moulding, e.g. change tempering with steam or induction to avoid weld lines or poor surface quality. CO2 tempering can be very effective in tempering cycle-dictating points in the mould, where water is unable to do this. The plant technology service is provided worldwide by trained service staff. With the managing directors' experience with these special technologies stretching back over 30 years together with in-house developments, the company is in a very special position. From article and tool construction through system and equipment design, installation and commissioning to the optimisation of components, every service area is covered.
