Manufacturer of precise sheet metal working and versatile, stable aluminium roller shutters for automation, vehicle construction, interior fittings and roller shutter construction. The manufacturing programme of our bending technology includes the production of housings, covers, casings, screens and flanged profiles according to customer drawings, from individual parts to small series. In addition to complex security concepts for machine and plant engineering as well as special machine construction, we produce roller shutters, roller doors and roller grille systems from high-quality extruded aluminium profiles for the automotive engineering, interior fittings and roller shutter construction sectors. We work with a total of about 50 employees on a daily basis to meet a wide range of requirements. Our in-house product and process quality can be seen in the regular certification of our production facilities in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015. Our production range includes: Technical pressed parts and stamped parts made from aluminium, ALMgSi alloys and electrolytic copper. The following dimensions can be delivered: Panels from 0.15 mm/Lengths up to 320 mm/Circular up to a diameter of 120 mm/Square up to 120 mm x 120 mm/Rectangular up to 200 mm x 80 mm. Our machinery includes: Toggle lever presses with a pressing force of up to 1000 t, eccentric presses with a pressing force of up to 80 t, cutting machines, beading machines, degreasing systems. Automatic machines and CNC turned parts in accordance with DIN or factory standards from almost all metal materials. We produce components up to 350 mm in length and up to 200 mm in diameter in chuck machining and bar machining. Our machinery includes: Automatic curve lathes, CNC lathes, milling machines. We will provide you with paint cups, pressurised vessels for paint spray guns with screw-type, buckle or bayonet catch fasteners, with internal and external threads, as well as viscosity measuring cups. Our machinery includes: Automatic metal printing machines, automatic turret lathes, eccentric presses. In-house toolmaking and fixture construction.
