The Wuppermann Group as it is today was built up out of the remaining companies owned by the family following the sale of a rolling mill in Leverkusen in 1985. It is controlled by Wuppermann AG as a holding company based in Leverkusen, which is completely under family ownership. The three divisions of Flat & Tube Products, Systems Technology and Service & Consultation are responsible for day-to-day operations. The Group has around 1500 employees at nine production locations, and achieved a turnover of 547 million euros in 2015.
