Since being established in 2014, we have acquired a wealth of experience in injection moulding and extrusion and have developed our own products such as home-compostable coffee pods and plant pots which are biodegradable in soil. We have been processing plastic films and sheets for more than 45 years. One of our areas of focus is the production of packaging, which we manufacture in the broadest sense through forming processes via the deep-drawing method. We process material thicknesses of 0.2–12 mm on high-performance automatic rolling and sheet preparation machines. The maximum forming area is currently 1500 x 2400 mm. The vacuum forming technology is supplemented by post-processing techniques, such as pressing, milling, bending, gluing, welding, sealing, joining through to contract packaging. From the first design to CAD design, prototyping, moulding and through to the final packaged product, we also implement our customers' unusual requests. The trading company supplements this range of services with its own range of plastic injection moulding packaging and plastic pouches.
