Dualinvest is an independent manufacturer of High Temperature Thermal Insulation materials. It manufactures ceramic and bio fiber made products for servicing and for the purpose of engineering industrial furnaces, kilns, ladles and other refractory furnace equipment, including die casting support materials. Dualinvest provides a full range of tailor-made solutions answering every high temperature insulation challenge. For 30 years our firm serves the refractory industry with qualified thermal insulation products and second to none industrial consulting internationally. DUALVAC up to 1750˚C The parts come in different forms and qualities complying with customer demands for a broad application spectrum. They are manufactured both in flexible and rigid wall designs. Source materials can be aluminum silicate, alkaline earth, Mullit fibre. DUALBLOCK up to 1100, 1260 and 1300˚C Applied indifferent design used at high flow speeds. Elements are assembled from edge cut mats.They are fixed to the metal surface of furnaces mechanically by adhesives. Available in alkaline earth ceramic fibres. 3D ceramic fiber shapes can be molded using our in-house vacuum forming machines. This process lends itself to higher volume parts that need to be molded to net shape, thereby minimizing the need for any secondary machining operations. A tool room can design and fabricate molds, and different batches can be formulated to meet your requirements for temperature rating, density and hardness.

The company Gumi-Metál-Plasztik has been engaged in manufacturing and distributing of sealing and technical rubber, silicone, thermoplastic elastomer and plastic products since 1983. The company is licensed to produce components for the aerospace industry.
