The company was officially registered in Milan, Italy in 2009 by Chinese merchants Luigi Liu and Sonia Shen. In early 2016, it reached a cooperation agreement with Cibe Laboratori of Italy to bring its products to the Asian market. In June 2016, "GC" reached a strategic cooperation agreement with the well-known Italian cosmeceutical "Kalleis" to act as esclusive distributor for its brand business in China. In September 2016, "GC" introduced the Chinese market to Moodia, an emerging Italian womenswear brand. In November 2016, "GC" entered the Chinese market on behalf of the famous Italian ink pen brand VISCONTI. In May 2017, "GC" took over the management and development of the Chinese market on behalf of PARAFERNALIA in Italy. In June 2017, "GC International" was commissioned by the famous Italian luxury brand PIQUADRO to take over the management of PIQUADRO and its brand The Bridge in the Chinese market.
