The flexible hoses SUPERFLEX TECH are manufactured with inner tube in EPDM and SILICON and are approved for hydrosanitary application and food. The covering braiding is made of stainless steel AISI 304 or nylon. The fittings are produced in brass bar CW614N/CW617N. The flexible hoses SUPERFLEX TECH are marked with our brand and the year of production in order to facilitate identification. The production unit is equipped with high performace machineries. Semi-automatic machineries for fittings assembly and testing unit for laboratory tests. The whole manufacturing process is carried out by specialized staff at the factory in Pontirolo Nuovo (BG)

The company produces redrawn precision tubes, both in bar and coil form, using the TIG welding process and operates a modern, well-equipped tube cutting department that can produce completely burr-free cut pieces measuring just a few millimetres in length.
