Capture memories along the scenic coastal road that ties the jewels of the Amalfi coast together. Beginning with POSITANO, we will thread through the streets alive with shops and cafes. Gaze upon the unique mosaic of buildings layered down to the beaches. On the way to Amalfi we can stop for photos of the precarious cliffs that appear to be tumbling into the sea. AMALFI is one of the four Italian port cities that takes it’s turn hosting the the annual “Regatta of the Ancient Maritime Republics” every 4 years. (Genoa, Pisa and Venice are the other three locations). This is a memorable city with a beautiful coastal waterfront. The bustling pace is lively, cheerful, and rich with color. Afterword, a 5 mile drive up the mountain reveals stately RAVELLO, offering staggering vistas from every angle.

GRIMALDA RISTORANTE PIZZERIA si trova a Rocca Grimalda direttamente sulla provinciale 185 che collega Ovada con Predosa nella frazione di Schierano. Alla Grimalda Pizzeria e Pinseria non abbiamo voluto compromessi. I nostri impasti fanno una corretta lievitazione e maturano almeno 24 ore. Abbiamo disponibilità di impasti al Kamut, integrali , ai 5 cereali, alla canapa sativa, al riso rosso , al grano spezzato senza lievito e al Farro spelta. Siamo una Pinseria certificata. La pinsa romana è una pizza di forma ovale molto digeribile realizzata con farina di frumento, soia e riso, croccante fuori e morbida al suo interno, ipocalorica e ipoglicemica. Oltre alla classica pizza tradizionale siamo specializzati in pizza in pala. Gli ingredienti che utilizziamo per la farcitura sono di primissima qualità. Siamo specializzati in carne alla brace abbiamo sempre una ampia scelta di bistecche fiorentine, tomohawk, filetti e hamburger. Utilizziamo un forno artigianale Spagnolo chiamato Josper che con carbone di legna di quercia dona ai cibi una cottura perfetta e una leggera affumicatura rendendo la nostra carne deliziosa. Nella stagione estiva si mangia all'aperto nel verde del nostro ampio dehore e abbiamo un ampissimo posteggio riservato. Venite a trovarci, rimarre sicuramente soddisfatti.
