Used siempelkamp wood presses for the production of high-quality hardwood composite from (metal- and sand-free) wood scraps, residual wood from the lumbering industry and the broad-leaved trees from sustainable European forests. Siempelkamp has a unique production process that enables it to make hardwood composite in an extremely efficient manner in virtually any colour desired. The added value with respect to prices of the raw material, the costs of production and the sales price to the timber trade opens the door to a production that is very interesting in a commercial sense, in which investments in production means can be earned back quickly. We have the most expensive part of the production-installation at our disposal, which can be deployed at a relatively low cost, as a result of which the total investment will be at least 60% lower compared to having to invest in an entirely new production line. the system is adapated for the production of granite, marble and quartz composites.
