Making samples pre-series and (functional) testing. Coaching the SOP and Ramp Up to higher volumes. Hand over the responsibility to the local management. During this process our role would be: Organizing all major project- or program events. Managing the project team or project members. Creating enough manpower for establishing these events. Monitoring all the events in technique, timing, costs and information. We give guidance and encouragement. We give approvals for critical issues. Cost management for the project and the overall cost for the system. Report to the management.
