The 3d-Tal company is located in Gronów, Lubuskie province. Marta, Andrzej and Paweł Spychała are the company owners. We have been operating on the market since 2016 and we are constantly developing. We produce spatial components in 3D technology.. Our customers are owners of automotive, industrial, medical and architectural companies. We also work with companies related to fashion and advertising. Our products are created by applying more layers of material. We offer 3D print of metal parts, powder coating printing and UV light printing. We also offer 3D print in colour, we create prototypes with plastic or gypsum. We deal with making solid metal elements. We use the Direct Metal 3D print method, thanks to which it is possible to create chemically clean parts on the basis of CAD 3D files. 3D printing leads to minimising costs, high quality of products and time savings! 3D print is perfect if traditional production methods are too costly. We have specialist equipment from renowned manufacturers, which enables us to precisely and carefully fulfil orders. We use high-quality materials and raw materials. Our company has been operating since 1995, based in Kozienice, in Mazowieckie Voivodeship, under the business name ZUMiR. We obtain and process microspheres which is heat-resistant and has great insulating and acoustic properties. As a result, the product can be used as a filler for composite materials with isothermal properties. Microspheres are used primarily in construction and production of fire-resistant materials. These products are currently also used in industries such as: - sports, - medicine, - production of plastics, - energy, - automotive, - chemical industry, - printing. We obtain microspheres mainly from Poland and Kazakhstan, and sell it to customers in Europe and North America. Microspheres are packed in: - paper bags up to 20 kg, - big-bags up to 500 kg, - tanks. We transport the packages on pallets protected with heat-shrinkable film to keep the product properties.
