Use a ventilation system with heat recovery to ensure constant fresh air in the house.For the passive house certification we take appeal to our partners, designers accredited by the "Passive House Institute" in Germany, fulfilling all the principles to the smallest details, in accordance with German standard calculation PHPP (Passive House Planning Package). The houses are designed in specialized software in order to provide durability and ensure the security and comfort of residents.
