SC FORJA NEPTUN S.R.L. was established in 2002 as a private company with 100% Romanian capital and is specialised in producing quality forgings. One of our priorities is to promptly meet customers’ requirements, as expected. Rapidly developing offers and delivering products on or before set deadlines are Permanent Goals for Forja Neptun. Team and resources The company has modern and advanced equipment as well as mechanical, chemical and non-destructive testing laboratories, to check and guarantee the quality of the raw materials and parts. FORJA NEPTUN has the ability to produce forged parts, made from carbon steel, alloy steel and high-alloy steel as well as from non-ferrous materials. With its various open-die, close-die or free-forging equipment, Forja Neptun can produce parts of different shapes and sizes, weighing up to 5000 kgs. Semifinished products can be delivered as forged, machined, heat treated, with all requested quality documents. In order to meet customers’ requirements and demands in the field of manufacturing of close-die forgings, we operate five modern maxi-press lines (750 ÷ 4, 000 tonsf), equipped with induction heating and automatic temperature. The free forging is provided by hydraulic presses and free forging hammers. All these are new, purchased in 2011 after the construction of a new production site and a new administrative building, having a total area of 60, 000 m². A rolling mill is also available for the production of small rolled rings.

S.C. MPo Wood S.R.L. also produces wooden frame strucutres for houses. The materials used are according to the solicited system (the framing system) and with the existent offer on the regional market for construction materials. The spruce wood is of great quality, dried to maximum humidity of 16% and treated with ecological substances for improved resistance against mould (must, fungus), microorganisms, wood eating insects and fire. The walls are delivered in structure panes, the exterior ones being equipped with OSB outing, mineral wool and vapor barrier foil (these materials will be mounted in our job-shop). The ceiling boards and the roof structure are delivered cut to the execution dimensions and the rest of components that are part of the stratification are delivered in bags – the mineral wool, in rolls – the foil, and packages – the OSB.http: //mpowood.ro/english/woodenh.html
CROSSBERG INVEST

Romania

Crossberg Invest having as a main activity the manufacturing and installation of PVC frames with thermopane glass. We also produce and sell accessories for the frames: insect screens, window sills, roller shutters, horizontal and vertical blinds.In order to guarantee the quality of our works we use a German frame system. The PVC frames are built with REHAU (Germany) profiles with a choice in different finishes (white, color coating or wood effect laminated foil) with three, four or five thermal break chambers, antistatic treated, having a lifetime of over 50 years. The ROTO hardware is extremely reliable being guaranteed for 15000 open-close cycles (or 10 years). The hinges used can be adjusted on three directions and offers the possibility of fine tuning after installation and whenever is necessary.
