I am a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist, working from my studio in London. I treat a wide range of chronic and acute conditions, from I.B.S, to stress, to digestive issues, to weight loss. I also offer more general health tune-ups, where I help you to take control of your own well-being by planning your nutrition roadmap and working out how to achieve your long-term health goals. I run regular health courses, which can be signed up to from my website, that focus on specific aspects of nutrition and can be undertaken either in a group format, or with 1: 1 nutrition therapy consultations. In addition, I offer my services for corporate health advice, where I help companies to make adjustments to their working environment to help boost productivity and minimise employee illness and stress. I am certified by BANT, CNHC, Zest4Life and AFMCP-UK.
