IPC Process Center GmbH & Co.KG offers the service of improving your bulk raw materials and products. We refine powders, granulates and pellets for a wide range of applications. In our qualified contract facilities, we process e.g. liquid preparations into solids, agglomerate powder mixtures, apply functional coatings and much more. In each case, these are individual, tailor-made bulk materials on customer order. Together with our clients, we develop such products in our technical lab in order to produce them at a later date in one of our 6 contract plants. As a contract manufacturer, IPC specialises in the following technological processes: - Fluidised bed agglomeration - Fluid bed coating (aqueous and hot melt) - Spray granulation (continuous fluid bed operation) especially the possibility to use the spouted bed process - Wet granulation in an intensive mixer - Low pressure extrusion (basket extruder) Production is completed with testing and product release in the chemical-physical laboratory. Our qualified ERP system guarantees one hundred percent traceability of all raw material movements from the receipt of raw materials to the dispatch of finished goods. Our production facilities and expertise are available to customers in the food, animal feed, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries.
