Cip Comp Slovakia is is looking for partners under manufacturing and/or subcontracting agreement. We are offering single and multi-step assembly services for mechanical, cable or electrical products and components. Offering a range of assembly capabilities using precision tooling and quality control checks. Selected assembly services including, but not limited to, mechanical parts assembly, cable assembling, hole punching, gluing, soldering, cutting or grinding. Final assembly, subassembly, also complete packaging and shipping can be provided. Our current activities include FTP and UTB type of cable assembly, electrical/ high frequency testing, cartus polishing and assembly, cable soldering, assembly of washing machine parts with subsequent final testing and visual inspection of molded parts. Present production capacity with team of 50 workers is 20.000 pcs/week for cable assembly and 40.000 pcs / week for cartus assembly. We are ready to increase the capacity for new clients by team of 10-100 workers on short notice. Machine and tool inventory for assembly and measuring can be adjusted to needs of new clients after agreement.
