At Fimtech we cast aluminium components with full respect for our customers' needs and quality standards. Three various-sized casting machines allow us to produce castings that differ in shape and weight (from 0, 1 - 5 kg). The materials used are EN certified primary or secondary aluminium alloys, currently available on the market. Also, we at Fimtech provide sub-assembling services, with the integration of electric and mechanical components, manufacture electrical panels and other control boards. Our products are suitable for a wide range of applications: industry, electronics, power electronics, lighting engineering. Fimtech works as a subcontractor or cooperant in the assembly of various electrical/mechanical components and devices. During many years of work in the field, we gathered valuable knowledge which enables us to produce even the most demanding and high-quality products. Fimtech assembles different products according to the requirements and design of our business partners and therefore help them reduce the manufacturing costs.

The company Mega-Metal d. o. o. is a family-owned business, which has been successfully developing and continuously growing since its establishment in 1994. From a welding plant with a small amount of employees, we have grown into a company with nearly 250 associates, with over 13.500 m2 production areas, distributed in preparation, assembly, welding, annealing, sandblasting, coating, mechanical treatment (milling, turning, carousel treatment) and control. All areas are also equipped with modern cranes for transporting products from start to finish of the production line. Mega-Metal offers all-in-one place. Since the beginning to today we have completed, mechanically treated, polished, pre-assembled several thousand electric motors with appurtenant components (rotating collector slip rings, flanges, refrigerators, axles, etc.), stator segments, tables and bases for machine tools with corresponding components (standers, cylinders, cross slides, etc.) and helped our clients develop several hundred prototypes. Our products range from simple 1 kg pieces to complex pieces with several hundred positions, with dimensions 3.500 x 3.500 x 20.000 mm and 30 t.
