Since 1994 VAR d.o.o. continues the toolmaking tradition in Gornja Radgona. Dies are manufactured in our own toolshop and our own construction department. In 1997 we upgraded the dies manufacturing with the production of the serial parts.Over 95% of sales are realized with companies in the European automotive sector. We are specialists in producing high-quality progressive dies (up to 2, 700 mm x 1, 400 mm. ) Our dies provides high accuracy, productivity and longlife. Using the same technology, we also develope prototypes in short period of time. We provide machining services on different CNC machines. Our serial production includes production of geometrically complex stainless steel & alumininium products (+ products from galvanized sheet metal, base metal and other metals) which are made with our oun dies. Surface treatment, welding and assembly are also included. We have an In-house Development department. Development, design, manufacturing and testing of dies is performed in an integrated CAD / CAE / CAM / CAQ computer environment and our own experts. This enables effective designing of dies and adaptation to the individual needs of each customer. Separate control department with modern CNC coordinate measuring machine allows us various measurements with accuracy of 0.003 mm. All product sampling can be carried out according to VDA standards.

The company Mega-Metal d. o. o. is a family-owned business, which has been successfully developing and continuously growing since its establishment in 1994. From a welding plant with a small amount of employees, we have grown into a company with nearly 250 associates, with over 13.500 m2 production areas, distributed in preparation, assembly, welding, annealing, sandblasting, coating, mechanical treatment (milling, turning, carousel treatment) and control. All areas are also equipped with modern cranes for transporting products from start to finish of the production line. Mega-Metal offers all-in-one place. Since the beginning to today we have completed, mechanically treated, polished, pre-assembled several thousand electric motors with appurtenant components (rotating collector slip rings, flanges, refrigerators, axles, etc.), stator segments, tables and bases for machine tools with corresponding components (standers, cylinders, cross slides, etc.) and helped our clients develop several hundred prototypes. Our products range from simple 1 kg pieces to complex pieces with several hundred positions, with dimensions 3.500 x 3.500 x 20.000 mm and 30 t.

TS METAL d.o.o. was founded in 2011. We specialise in welding and assembling industry. In Dolenji Suhor we have 3500 m2 of production surfaces and offices. We also do a lot of business abroad where our team works on projects of our business partners, which are companies mostly from European Union.
