Established in 1979, TaeHwa Kalpa Seal has manufactured the sealing products and provided the maintenance services for the products. TaeHwa Kalpa Seal also started to manufacture the compressed asbestos panel from 1984. Our growth is based on the continuing support from our customers. In 1999 at the turn of the new millennium, we constructed the only one and large manufacturing facility within Noksan National Industrial Complex in Busan to manufacture wide compressed asbestos panel (2700MM X 1500MM), compressed non-asbestos panel and gaskets based on the best technologies and engineers of Korea. Our technologies and quality of our products are proved as we acquired ISO-9001 Quality Management System and certificates from K.R, ABS, Lloyd and GL. We professionally produce virgin PTFE and PTFE compounds. Virgin granular PTFE material for all uses: non-freeflow and freeflow versions for compression moulding, presinter for ram extrusion and high density freeflow for automatic moulding. PTFE compounds : it has many additives as glass fiber, carbon, bronze, graphite and else. Each additive provides unique properties to raw PTFE for use of engineering plastics like O-ring, gaskets, sealers. Our PTFE compound products are produced by using raw polymers (Teflon), known as reactor beads. Special treatment of the reactor bead, using various techniques, originated the different forms of virgin granular PTFE, both on the virgin PTFE and compounds.
