The result of this ambitious and innovative Project is a new product that we name Legumeat®, meal with meat texture, suitable for any one and with an average content in protein around 50%. The product is presented dehydrated and the way to be prepared is by boiling it in water with the flavour we want to add. Finally, the product will be ready to be used in any recipe. It is suitable for celiac and vegetarians.
