It can be used i.e. in the production of protein bars as well and is completely natural. DATE MOLASSES: It does not contain any additives. It can be used as a sweetener and flavor enhancement in cake industry. Instead of sugar or glucose syrup, date molasses is a healthier alternative in food industries. It can be used as a sauce/topping in cakes and waffles. Date molasses is a nice breakfast treat as well.
