We are producing cryogenic tanks, pressure vessels.The design standards are according to AD Merkblatt Code 2000, EN 13458, EN 13530, ADR 2009 and ASME where the production process is controlled by the audit of the third part inspection companies such as Türk Loydu, Germanischer Lloyd and TUV SUD. All of our products have “CE” and “Pi” marking since January 2007. Our mainly production areas are as follows: -Cryogenic Storage and Transportation Tanks (LNG, LIN, LOX, LAR)-LPG Storage and Transportation Tanks-Pressure Vessels (LNH3 , LCO2 )-Small size of Pressurized or Cryogenic Storage and Transportation Tanks-Fuel Storage and Transportation Tanks-Steam Boilers and Oil Boilers-Heat Exchangers-Automation Systems-Pipe and steel construction, repair and maintenance worksProviding the service, all of our production quality certifications have been completed. Since October 2006, EMAS has the quality system certification “ISO 9001: 2000” and by 2010 have the ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14401 and OHSAS18001

Cryoak could manufacture LPG, LNG, CO2 Storage tanks for aboveground and underground installations and Bobtail, Semi Trailer tankers according to ASME Section VIII Div.1 with ASME U Stamp, ASME Section I with ASME S Stamp, EN 13445, AD 2000 Merkblatt and European Directive 97/23/CE with CE Stamp. On request, tanks can be produced according to local regulations.

Karbonsan Pressure Vessels Industry and Trading Co started its manufacturing life with cryogenic tanks, semi-trailers and rigid tankers for LIN, LOX, LAR, LNG and PUR insulated tanks, rigid tankers and semi-trailers for CO2. Manufacturing mobile and storage tanks for extremely cold liquids, i.e. cryogenics, has been the core business of Karbonsan and we intend to cover the entire cryogenic value chain in the future. Karbonsan took a strategic decision and moved its old plant in 2009, renewed the complete production line and started up its manufacturing in its new plant, built on an area of 70.000 m² in early 2010.
