Our company is an integrated company within the scope of textile. Kutukcuoglu Fabrics comprises 70 pieces open width circular knitting machine with high technology. Our monthly production capacity is 1000 tons. We export in many countries such as Italy, France, Greece and Russia. Some of the knitting qualities are jersey, piquet, 2 thread fleece and 3 thread fleece etc. Also, we produce cotton, viscose, polyester, modal, tencel and blended yarns in OE, Ring and Vortex. These yarns are two versions as woven and knitting torsions. In the viscose, we are the biggest producer in Turkey and our daliy production is 150 tons. Our company provide servise as viscose yarn and fabric to the World market. We work export-focused in many countries such as Brazil, Tunisia, Italy, France and Greece. Akarca Mensucat who started its production with first OE Yarn and subsequently reaching the production capacity of 450 tons yarn per a month has been founded in 2002. The production of the yarn varies according to customer demands such as 100% cotton, cotton/polyester, melange or viscose. The company later became an integrated facility by expanding its product range with its own knit machines and dyehouse plant as a capacity of 500 tons per a month. The company produces Single Jersey, Ribana, Interlock, Pique, 2 Thread Fleece, 3 Thread Fleece, and Velvet finished knit fabrics in Oe, Carded or Combed yarn qualities with compositions of 100% cotton, Cotton/Spandex, Viscose/Spandex, or Cotton/Polyester as per customer demands. Most of the production is exported to the countries Russia, Algeria, Egypt, Poland, Israel, Greece, Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Syria.

We produce elegant, unique high quality Ring and openend yarn with different blends. The high flexibity is the strength of the company that allows us to play in different markets; weavers, circular knitters, home textiles, flat knitters, velvet. We produce 1.500 tons of yarn every month and we export our yarn to 20 different countries. We produce sustainable, ecological and organic, antibacterial yarns. We have sustainable fibers. We can produce recycled polyester yarn, fiber provided by German company Advansa. We have GRS certificate. We also produce recycle cotton yarn. Ring Carded and Combed, Organic Cotton Yarn with Gots certificate, Slub yarn and Openend Yarn Ne 3/1 - 40/1 OPEN END for weaving and knitting Ne 6/1 - 24/1 RING COMBED-CARDED for weaving and knitting (We sell mostly blended yarns at Ring) We have TFO twisting machines. Our twisting capacity is 12 tons per day. We can produce Syro Yarn.
