Our factory and warehouse are located in, a town of Denizli, Kizilcaboluk.Our main products are Turkish Towels, Peshtemals, Peshkirs, Peshtemal Robes and Throws. In addition to them, we are manufacturing the table cloths and sofa covers. We use cotton, bamboo, viskose and polyester yarns. Mostly we use 20/1 ring and 20/2 ring cotton yarn to get greatest quality. Denizli Pestemal is working with the biggest Dye-Stuff Houses which have OEKO-TEX Certificate.We have handloom machines and semi-auto loom machines. Our loom machines are suitable for dobby-style peshtemal weave and jacquard-style peshtemal weave. Denizli Pestemal implements JIT production techniques. It provides us work with minimum stock, minimum costs, and maximum quality.We have experienced weaver team, fringe-maker team, QC team and packing team. All our staffs have at least 5 years production experience about the peshtemal. Denizli Pestemal is completely family company. In the magical world of "Colored Sand", we produce illustrated cards, specially prepared for children to do painting as well as both educational and entertaining tutorial. Our company was established in 2002 in Izmir Turkey. At the beginnig we imported the "Paintiging Card" and the "Colored Sand". A year later, we have established machinery / equipment park and made the production. Our company operates two production facilities in Izmir Turkey. Sand Painting Cards are being produced in one of our facilities and in the other producing Colored Sand. Producing processes are in high quality and EN-71 safety standards are regarded. Materials that are used during production are environmental or organic. Raw materials or dyes do not threat human health. In the production of the cards, for to get high quality and capacity, the latest technology and laser system machines are used. We have more than 600 production-ready characters in our database, as well as custom designs are can be accepted.
