We are one of the digital printed and the plain dyed shirting fabric supplier company which is called Dets Textile in Denizli / Turkey. We produce printed/plain dyed shirting fabrics for men/women. Our basic qualities are as below; 60/1 voile 50/1 popline / popline lycra 60/1 satin lycra 60/1 satin 30/1 viscose twill 24/1 Linen (%100 linen) 24/1 cotton linen (70 cotton -30 linen) 24/1 cotton (%50 cottton - %50 linen) etc. We have 4 designers and our own printed fabric collection. We present our collections two times in a year. On the other hand we can work different designs which are related to your clients. We can start strike offs before printing the sampling meters and bulk production. We have in house-MS high-resolution digital printing (2 MS) (with free of charge frame and no need to have minimum requirements) As a result, we have all these internal opportunities, we are offering reasonable and competitive prices to you including fast and a quality service with short ex-mills. Lastly, we give services on plain dyed qualities. According to your colour originals, we can start lab dips for your colour approvals and we can send the lab dips max in a week.

Mayer Örme Tekstil is a Turkish company owned by experienced and creative professionals in textile business located in Denizli. We specialize on production of warp-knitted terry fabrics with natural and synthetic threads with capacity over 180 tons per month. Our fabrics are perfect for soft, water absorbent and voluminous towels, bathrobes, home and children clothes. Our production cycle includes: -R&D of the terry fabrics with different patterns. -Carefully select high quality yarns and threads of cotton, bamboo, polyester. -Warp knitting the fabrics, width of 160 cm or any standard towel width, one or double side terry loops. -Dying in any colour. Warp knitting technology allows to produce terry fabric with face side polyester terry which is suitable for sublimation printing, back side cotton or bamboo terry . Our in-house digital print department provides us to help quickly and more effectively to print our customers’ products. The sublimation technique that we use for printing has many advantages such as low minimum order quantity, high colour resolution, extra washing fastness and cost effectiveness. We proudly offer our special fabrics to give our customers for their printed towel demands. Our main aim is sustainability in growth, creation of new products, provisioning perfect service and achieving high customers satisfaction.
