The automation algorithm is programmed for each product, excluding the human factor in violation of the smoking technology. Smokehouses 200, 200+ and 500 kg are equipped with a trolley for transporting frames for products, knitting needles and one frame, as well as software for cooking technologies for various products, including ready-made technological recipes (430 items) and a complete description of all the secrets of smoking food.
