The equipmн nt we produce, regardless of the volume of the working chambers, carries out the final smoking in a maximum of one hour, in some cases in 90 minutes (depending on the type of raw material). At the same time, energy consumption is only 350W / 1 hour with cold smoking, with hot smoking 800-1500W. Chip consumption 400-800g per one smoking cycle. The automation algorithm is programmed for each product, excluding the human factor in violation of the smoking technology. Smokehouses 200, 200+ and 500 kg are equipped with a trolley for transporting frames for products, knitting needles and one frame, as well as software for cooking technologies for various products, including ready-made technological recipes (430 items) and a complete description of all the secrets of smoking food.
