For casting we are using lost foam casting technology. Using of this technology allows us to reach high dimensional accuracy and surface finish up to Rz40 without machining. That allow significantly reduce the weight of the casting and often completely abandon of machining. All our products are tested for compliance with drawing requirements. Depending on necessary we provide different types of technical control including: chemical analysis (all the products) and mechanical test (if need, we do tensile strength, impact strength).
