The company started operations in 2010, and during this time has transformed from a small local oyster mushroom producer to a modern automated factory with the latest foreign equipment for growing ering mushrooms. For the production of safe and healthy mushrooms, we use only high quality and natural raw materials without impurities. The main priority for us is to continuously maintain the rhythm of production and high quality of ering mushrooms, which allows our customers to be confident in the reliability, long-term and mutually beneficial partnership with us. Ering mushrooms are delicious, safe and healthy mushrooms. Mushrooms have an appearance of the porcini mushrooms (white forest mushrooms). In recent years, actively used in food in Europe and North America.The protein content reaches from 15 to 25 percent. In terms of the content of valuable substances, mushrooms are close to meat and dairy products and surpass almost all vegetable crops by this indicator. Ering mushrooms contain the entire complex of group B vitamins and ascorbic acid. Many other elements necessary for the human body are also present.A very important fact is that after heat treatment, ering mushrooms lose only 5% of the total amount of biologically active substa.
