Our company RM.Wood-Coal LLC is a producer and exporter of high quality hardwood charcoal from Ukraine since 2014. Our own highly organized and well-equipped production facilities are located in Zhmerynka district, Vinnytsia region, Ukraine. We produce lumpwood charcoal restaurant grade in large and medium commodity fractions by pyrolysis process with a strict quality control at every stage. The raw material is hornbeam wood carefully selected. The charcoal of our production corresponds to Grade A according to Ukrainian GOST 7657-84 "Charcoal. Specifications": smokeless, odorless, no sparks, no chemical additives, with high calorific value, flammable, with long burning time. It also meets European quality standard DIN EN 1860-2-2005. The hornbeam charcoal is the elite of charcoals. The main differences are: minimum ash content, high and stable heat output and really long duration of burning that is very important in cafes or restaurants, as it is not necessary to add it often. Only large pieces are in bags, no dust. It is specially supplied for expensive restaurants where chefs know a lot about perfect cooking. Our premium quality 100% natural and ecological hornbeam charcoal without any additives and impurities is perfect for use in cooking on a grill, barbecue, brazier in restaurants, cafes or at home. It is light, highly carbonised and easy to ignite, with a clean and natural taste, with the longest and hottest burning among lumpwood charcoal range made in Ukraine.
