I am a 39-year-old Mother of 3, my two boys James and Benjamin and daughter Amaia, and Wife to Pablo. We live in the beautiful place that is Underwood which is in Nottinghamshire where I am a Child Nutritionist. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and have had this for 35 years, I have it under control and lead a normal life. Growing up with it was tough as my Grandparents had to weigh my carbohydrates and what I could eat was limited (if only we knew then what we know now). Now I eat a healthy, balanced diet which consists of anything and everything I like or want. How I help I work with parents who are looking to improve their nutrition, wean their child or deal with fussy eaters. I work with parents in the following ways: Cooking in your home - After an initial consultation, I will visit you in your home and cook with you a selection of recipes you can use to wean your child Cooking in my home - As above but in my home either as a group with other mothers or in an individual session Online Workshop - We all know how hard it is sometimes getting out of the house with a baby or a baby plus toddler so this class may suit you better, I will show you over cam how to prepare, cook and puree food and be there for you ask any questions you may have.
