Our produce is air freighted in on a weekly basis to Billingsgate market in London and other key wholesalers and markets in Europe. Our fish is ethically sourced and includes species such as : Grouper, Red Snapper, Pinjalo Snapper, Parrot fish, King fish, Pomfret, Trevally, Mullet, Emperor, Seabass, Shrimp, Crab and Lobster. Our Indian supply base is fully EU approved and goods are packed in 20Kg Polystyrene boxes, with ice/gel packs to preserve temperature and maintain quality. We use the primary freight service of Gulf Air and clearing agent Wilders in the UK. Gulf Sapphire has a Bahrain based operations office and a European sales office in Newport, UK.
