We are based in Devon, but we act for clients all over the United Kingdom. For clients in North Devon and Torridge who need wills drafting, we are happy to travel to see you at home, in nursing care or in hospital if you would find it difficult to get to the office. We are happy to visit clients in Torrington and Bude. Many of our services are provided on a fixed-fee basis, such as conveyancing, wills and applications to Google for the right to be forgotten. We act for many clients on a conditional (no win no fee) basis and we have a range of flexible funding options available to our clients to help with the payment of legal fees. We provide a discount of 10% for all NHS employees, and discounts for the employees of companies who we act for, on arrangement.
