Highly Reliable and Durable Condenser Tube Plugs We use a high grade silicone that can withstand temps above 500 Degrees F, to make our expandable silicone condenser tube plugs, that will not deteriorate over time (as seen with the black neoprene plugs), as well as non-water soluble Hytrel parts for washer and collar construction. These materials coupled with our Brass, 316 or 304 SS, Titanium and High Performance, Glass Reinforced Polymer ( Ultem 2300), make up the highest quality Low-Temp, Low Pressure ( up to 200psi) plugs on the market that will NOT damage the tube/tube sheet by being hammered in place. They can also be removed when necessary without time consuming and expensive drilling.HEPCO will help you customize a tube plug when you need to fulfill certain criteria that aren’t offered in our standard range of titanium, brass, stainless steel, and polymer condenser tube plugs.
