Products are sold in a number of customer branded bags and containers according to specifications, ranging from laminated and paper bags as well as cardboard boxes. The main material used for the manufacture of barrels is oak Quercus - conferta. This is the most widely used material in the manufacture of barrels without knots, sapwood and cracks with fine annual rings. Staves are prepared by cleaving the log into quarters, radial rays such as the core does not come out from the one to the other broad side. Barrels are made from high quality natural dried materials drying period of 24 months for the surrounding arcs and 36 months for troughs. In wood preservation process we use only Anti Blue Select liquid, which we buy only from official certified exclusive dealer in Ukraine. Also we can provide KD pine timber, moisture from 12-18%. We rent on regular basis drying tunnels. Per month we can provide 1500-1700 m3 KD pine timber. Equipment: All equipment we bought in 2014 from Turkish manufacturer “AKEMSAN”. 1) Primary cutting of Logs we do on band saw blades. Two machines 2) After this we get unsquared blocks with bark which are moving by transporter lines to multiple disk saw, after this we get square edged export quality pine timber. One machine. 3) Also in order to maximize output from logs, we have buckers break band saw machines, by using them we additionally get from 2 till 4 unsquared board. Two machines. 4) After buckers break machines, unsquared boards moving to the trimming disc machines, where we cut of bark edgings. Two machines. 5) After multiple disk and trimming disc machines, all timber is transporting to the cross cut disc machine, where we do individual cross cutting to length. 6) After this we pack timber according to the terms of buyer for final transportation.
