The plant has annual production and drying capacities for 17 million transport pallets. All of the waste materials generated during processing, such as wood bark, wood chips and sawdust, are further processed to produce marketable finished and semi-finished products. For example, sawdust is used to produce pellets and briquettes, and blocks are used to make transport pallets. The wood residues are used to power five in-house biomass heating plants. Our main business focus is processing hard plastics, Styrofoam (EPS)/Styrodur (XPS) and old wood to a range of recyclates and products. All of our business processes are certified and subject to strict quality and safety controls. We are approved according to the German Federal Immission Control Ordinance, certified as per the German Ordinance on Specialised Waste Management Companies and a final receiver installation in line with the German Packaging Act. Our daily processing operations include hard plastics such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS, PVC, PET, GPPS and PA.

Compressed wood pallets from INKA Pallets are pest-free ex-factory and comply with ISPM 15, which means they can be exported worldwide without pre-treatment or IPPC certification. For transport via overseas shipping, we recommend our container pallets, which allow optimal loading for 20 and 40 ft containers. INKA pallets are also suitable for presentation at the point of sale. Furthermore, due to their production method, they are free of protruding nails. All disposable pallets by INKA are sustainable, biodegradable and even PEFC-certified.
