Our headquarters Castchem Hangzhou is specialized in producing the lost foam casting pattern raw material expandable STMMA co-polymer(American patent US 6770 681 B2) which is copolymerized from styrene and MMA and developed to solve problems in lost foam casting such as carbon defect in steel and ductile iron, fold defect in aluminum alloy castings.We share 100% market of pattern raw material co-polymer for lost foam in China and 70% market in USA. In lost foam casting(or evaporative-pattern casting, gasifiable patterns castings, LFC process, currently there are four different raw material used to foam patterns, including EPS, EPMMA, copolymer and polymer mixtures.Copolymer has been finally proved the best chemical for LFC process.
