Machine for the assembly of the (EPS) polystyrene sheet shaped to two external electrowelded mesh. The assembling machine welds the vertical connectors to the two external mesh, producing the prefabricated sandwich panel. This way it is possible to produce all types of insulated panels single panels, double panels and floor panels of different thicknesses, ideal for the construction of residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

The compression space is separated from the crank mechanism by double diaphragms, thereby preventing the gas from becoming contaminated by oil. The parts in contact with the medium are made from corrosion-resistant steel. The compressor is characterized by extreme reliability, ease of use and low maintenance requirements. The compressor features overpressure protection on the oil side. Special versions for hydrogen (H2) and oxygen (O2) are also available. The compressor is equipped with a diaphragm breakage detector.

Since the vacuum gripper VG10 does not require a compressor or an air supply, it is a compact and easy to move solution. This makes your production line more flexible and saves maintenance costs. CSN® copper and nickel are temperatureresistant connecting cables for internal wiring of electric household appliances such as hotplates, glass ceramic plates, grill appliances or storage heaters. In industrial applications CSN® Cables are preferably used for the wiring of heating elements, heating cartridges, tubular heaters, panel heaters, and quartz radiators. We manufacture these singlecore cables in cross sections up to 6 mm². Owing to their high temperature resistance up to 250 °C in the case of glass silk insulation and 600 °C in the case of mineral fibre insulation, these connecting cables meet the most demanding requirements.
