Metallic heaters made from ML or tungsten are made for very high temperatures between 1000 °C (1 832°F) and 2 800 °C (5 072 °F). Plansee supplies heating elements for all types of high-temperature furnace in the form of ribbon, sheets, rods, twisted wire, wire bundles and wire mesh heaters. Plansee's materials belong to the group of refractory metals. Molybdenum and tungsten are the two materials that are most commonly used in high-temperature thermal processes. Thanks to their high melting points, they do not soften even at very high temperatures. Refractory metals have a lower coefficient of thermal expansion and better thermal conductivity than steel.

Plansee charge carreiers from refractory metals are dimensionally stable at high temperatures and in contrast to graphite parts they are also suited for high-vacuum furnaces. MLR with its superior creep resistance and retained ductility after high temperature operations is the ideal material for mechanically loaded furnace parts. Plansee designs and fabricates furnace fixtures to customer specifications, e.g. for aeronautics, glass industry, Metal Injection Molding (MIM), commercial heat treatment and various other thermal processes. Alongside molybdenum and tungsten, we primarily manufacture our charge equipment from TZM and ML. The creep resistance of these alloys is ten times better than that of pure molybdenum and they are also exceptionally ductile. As a result, our charge systems are perfectly equipped to cope with frequent changes between high and low temperatures.

The gateway has the function of a thinclient and in combination with MX Local Extender it is the ideal combination with virtual machines in the switching system. With kvm-tec Gateway the connection to virtual machines or remote PCs outside the Switching network is possible. A gateway can connect to virtual machines. 4 Login data can be stored and retrieved via hotkey. For so many users who want to work with virtual machines at the same time, one gateway is needed each. In addition to your real-time switching system, the kvm-tec gateway can be used to access the virtual machines. Easy installation - first connect the MX/UVX remote unit, then select the RDP protocol at the kvm-tec gateway, then enter the credentials and connect to the desired PC. RDP and VNC are used as standard.

With this application it is possible to make rehabilitations in the egg-profile 200/300 to 400/600. This undercarriage can be used for previous models (C150 - C120-3) too.

All attachments can be controlled easily with the drive. Operating with the drive is simple because it's clearly arranged so that nothing is left to chance.

Mit der Hutzentechnik werden Anschlüsse im Kanalnetz dauerhaft saniert. Wir verwendet dafür nahtfreies Glasfaserlaminat, wodurch die Haltbarkeit und Lebensdauer gesteigert wird. Dazu wird der Sanierungsroboter mit einer Hutzenversetzvorrichtung bestückt. Der Arbeitsbereich dieser Hutzenversetzvorrichtung umspannt den Durchmesser 100 bis 200 mm.

Using the Hat-system, connections in the sewer system can be rehabilitated permanently. To do that, we use seamless glass fiber laminate which increases the lifespan. The rehabilitation robot is equipped with a Hat-transfer-gear with a workfield of the diamter 100 to 200 mm.

Molded parts or shortliners are cured safely thanks to the drive unit which also includes a doumentation of the operation with a videotext.

The CS100 winder is equipped with a shock-line, a slip ring arrangement and with a wind connection so that house connections can be rehabilitated safely.

With suitable guides, hats and shortliners can be placed in the egg-profile.

The satellite-camera is positioned with the hopper unit at the branch and the integrated feed device helps to drive it up to 10 meters into the house connection.

The hopper unit is used for the root cutter or the cleaning nozzle. They are positioned on the branch with the unit and then powered with water. The root cutter is used to remove ingrown roots and/or prepare the pipe wall for the rehabilitation The cleaning nozzle can be attached the same way to flush the house connections from the main sewer. The nozzle works like the root cutter but just with one rotating spray jet.

The Brush motor provides a perfect underground of the pipe before remediating.

Our swing milling unit offers a precise 360° milling. The Cosmic swing-camera and the inbuilt cameraflushing cares for the right angle of view on the cutter head. The parallel guide is a very important upgrade.

Our cutter motor of the 4th generaton convinces with its unmatched cutter power. For every material and production stage the right attachement!

The controll unit provides an optimal power and cooling of the electrical cutter and provides a clear sight while cutting.

Using the Hat-technology, connections in the sewer system are rehabilitated durably. Therefor we use seamless glass fiber laminate raising the resistance and the lifespan. To do so, the rehabiliation robot is equipped with a Hat-appliance. The working range of this appliance contains the diameter 150 to 600 mm in the main pipe and 100 to 200 mm in the house connections Damaged spots in the area of the sockets, longitudinal cracks or breakouts in the pipe are rehabilitaded with GFK-laminates. The additional lights can be mounted directly on the crawler, but also on the gearbox and on the packer, so it provides an opimal lightening. The camera holder will be mounted directly on the crawler and on the hopper-unit. The gears hold the equipment (milling unit, hat-installation device,...). The wheelset sees to it that the C120E adapts to its surrounding perfectly and the weights provides the required stability.

With the control unit all applications check themselves up simply and with a lot of feeling. It is easy to run and everything is clearly arranged to leave nothing to the chance.
