Our production capacity enables us to produce chopper blades until 3 300 mm of length. Blades can have variable teeth types and pitches (usually from 23 to 25mm, from 15 to 16 mm), grinded to your needs. Moreover, various steel grade can be used to manufacture your chopper blades, depending on your products, hardness, abrasivness, ... . Surface coating like TEFLON can be applied to provide protection and limits stickiness of your industrial product on the blades.

GLASS WOOL LENGTHWISE AND / OR TRANSVERSAL CUTTING : CIRCULAR KNIVES Our production capacity enables us to manufacture circular knives up to a diameter of 900 mm. Cooling slots with or without copper rivets in order to limit vibration and heat’s deformation; different teeth to meet your product requirements.

SUITABLE SURFACES All types of tapered-edge, paper-lined plasterboard, with or without insulation (glass wool, rock wool, polystyrene). COVERINGS First undercoat for plasterboard. Smoothing compound. PACK SIZE Tubs of 5 and 25kg on covered pallet. STORAGE 9 months in unopened original packaging, away from frost and extreme heat. AMOUNT REQUIRED Approximately 500 g/m² of plasterboard. DRYING TIME The second coat can be applied 24-48 hours after the first, depending on the ambient conditions. RECOMMENDED APPLICATION Always leave a minimum gap of 20 cm between doors and windows and the first plasterboard joint.

COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Powder coating based on plaster, calcium carbonate, resin, and various additives. SUBSTRUCTURES ADMITTED All types of plasterboard with or without insulation (glass wool, rock wool, polystyrene) with tapered edges and cardboard faces. COATINGS Printing undercoat for gypsum plasterboard. Plaster-based smoothing plaster. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS - Setting time: 4 hours - Adhesion of the tape: > 1000 g - Density: 0.9 - Reaction to fire: A1 STORAGE 9 months in original unopened packaging protected from humidity. RATE OF MIXING 10 to 11 liters of water per 25 kg bag. APPLICATION Before treatment of the joints themselves, the panels must be filled between accidentally non-joined panels and various fillings. The application is done manually by "buttering" the thinned panels with a 10 or 15 cm coating knife and placing the strip. Then carry out a finishing pass, let dry and finish to mask the strip. Also mask the screw heads.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION CE 78 PERFECT’JOINT is a ready-mix paste specially formulated for jointing mitred-edge plasterboards in association with plaster tape. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Resin, water, calcium carbonate, thickener, pre- servation agent and various adjuvants. The paste is white. SUITABLE SURFACES All types of plasterboard with or without insulation (glass wool, rock wool, polystyrene) with mitred edges and carded surfaces. COVERINGS Plasterboard primer. Smoothing filler. APPLICATION Before actual jointing, fill any accidental gaps between boards and any other areas (spalls, deterioration of the surface etc.). Apply manually by «buttering» the mitred-edge using a 10 or 15 cm plaster spatula and then ad- ding the tape (milled face against the jointing coa- ting).
