Many of our customers go for our standardised plastic cores for our lath brushes types 36 and 48, which offer advantages regarding the price and the availability. The plastic cores are available in PVC, PP and PE. They can be equipped with almost all fill materials, with your desired or our recommended trim height (BH) and fill configuration.Furthermore, by using these standard cores it is possible to produce lath brushes with special surfaces. Examples for surfaces: - profiled (concave, convex). - stepped (different trim heights (BH) in one brush). - inclined bristles lengthwise or in cross direction.

Hand brushes with wooden cores are available in a variety of widths (multiple rows). Strip-type hand brushes have a slimmer working surface for precision work, specifically on the cavities in profiled surfaces. Hand brushes help in cleaning, derusting, paint removal and polishing processes.

Together with the Fachhochschule Münster – University of Applied Sciences we are working on ALWA PERM (patent No. 2583995). This is a metal-filled casting resin for producing a porous, resin-bound mould. These materials are applicable in the areas of thermoforming, the ceramic industry, intake moulds and devices, pneumatic cushioning, the filter industry, etc. ALWA PERM allows a castable production of porous metallic materials with a binder for the first time. We have a complete range of polyurethane round belts for conveying and power transmission applications. PU round belts, extruded in open lengths, are homogeneous round profiles that can be welded for use as high-quality power transmission and conveying elements. Our stock mainly comprises solid profiles with a smooth or slightly roughened surface and hollow profiles for nipple connections. Several types have FDA/USDA approval and comply with EU Directive 2007/19/EC. Although we generally produce in open lengths, we can also produce all belts according to your specifications. Our round belts convey a wide range of products such as foodstuffs, glass, roof tiles, PC boards and many more. The standard range of round belts is rounded off with aramid, polyester or glass-fiber reinforcements. If an appropriate quantity is purchased, we also produce special types with PES or aramid reinforcements.

Our KIS track rollers are available as self-retaining, single or double row ball bearings with particularly strong outer rings. In addition to high radial forces, they also absorb axial forces in both directions. Track rollers are characterised by their robust construction featuring particularly thick-walled outer rings with a crowned outer surface (alternatively with a cylindrical outer surface or outer profile). They are designed to carry high radial loads and also tolerate axial loads that can arise due to minor misalignments, skewing or short-term start-up shocks. The assembly is constructed with a fixed inner ring mounted on axles. In this case, the track rollers are not installed in a housing bore, but are supported on a flat raceway (mating track). To ensure a reliable seal, the track rollers are fitted with a lip seal or cover discs on both sides. This prevents the ingress of dirt, dust and other contaminants while maintaining lubrication inside the bearing.

Wipers for steel bars In the production of pipes and steel bars, socalled wipers are used for leaning. The wipers have a round or rectangular outer profile and an inner profile that matches the shape of the object to be cleaned. Normally, several wipers are mounted in series, whereby the passthrough openings are smaller than the profile. The bar is pushed through the elastomer plates at high velocity, and the rubbery material strips the surface free from grease and cleaning fluid residues. It is the edge that counts! Just a like a car window wiper, it is the edge that counts. Normally, the wipers are stamped from sheet goods. During stamping, the elastomer becomes distorted; the inner edge is therefore not dimensionally stable and is at an angle. Only part of the edge wipes emulsions from the surfaces depends on the profiles. This edge is rapidly worn down; the cleaning action is then unsatisfactory. Streakfree cleaning

Plastic for welding … Welding is often the simplest and best way of fastening. The range of different perforated plates offers a wide range of applications. Size and quantity of the welding joints depend on the substructure and must be defined on site. Please note that the perforated metal sheet can under no circumstances take over any static functions. The secutex buffer pad is simply disconnected by grinding away the welding spots.
