Refractory Installation Engineering Projects

Keraplastol is installed in various heat aggregates such as furnaces of steam boilers, blacksmith furnaces, furnaces with aggressive slag, and other types of metallurgical furnaces. It can withstand a temperature of around 1600 ° C. Keraplastol is also used for lining induction furnaces for melting aluminum and its alloys and for melting zinc.

Flint® is a fire intumesment sealing tape aimed to retard spreading of fire through the fireproof doors, valves, closets and safe boxes. Graphite-based black tape and graphite-free colored tape. Flint® have high protective qualities, developed by our own engineering laboratory. As well, all our fire retardant seals complemented with an aestethic appearance - matt smooth surface of any required colour. Adhesive layer 3M can be applied to the tape Packing method: 120 or 60 r.m. coil in a cardboard box.

Dualinvest paper and felt products consist of a group of wet-laid C materials. The materials are manufactured using Unifrax alumino-silicate fibers wet-laid with a latex binder system to form a randomly oriented matrix. These products are flexible, light weight, and posess excellent thermal characteristics.

Microtherm microporous products are extremely good thermal insulation. Their flexibility is made up of solid chips packed in glass fiber textiles. Due to this special structure, curved surfaces can be applied. Formed shape products are produced either by moulding or by vacuum-forming fibres to fill a wide range of requirements not met by other product forms. These pre-formed shapes are manufactured by blending fibres, with specially selected inorganic and organic binders to give insulating shapes with exceptional characteristics. The vacuum forming manufacturing method permits considerable freedom to vary shape, thickness, density and hardness. Our shapes often provide the most economical answer to producing large quantities of parts in simple or complex configurations for a wide range of high temperature applications. We have a vast range of products already available and work closely with our customers to develop the right product for the application. New tooling can be developed within short lead-times. Shapes used in 1100 to 1800 C of heat environment.

Chopped basalt fiber is a modern high-technology material which provides high strength, good mechanical properties, large thermal range of application. It is produced by cutting of continuous basalt roving into sections of required equal length. The BSC grinding materials are widely used in the abrasive tools manufacturing and fixed-abrasives - rougher, cutting-off and grinding; tools on a flexible base - coated abrasives, in the process of loose abrasive grains grinding. The BSC grinding materials are used: in the process of iron and nonferrous metals, carbon, glass and ceramics, stone, concrete, bricks and chamotte, wood substance, plastics, leather, rubber, and other hard, tough, brittle, alloys, and materials of natural and artificial origin treatment; in the refractory and ceramic industries as a component for moldings and antipenetration washes, in the process of crucibles for casting of non-ferrous and precious metals production, for wash troughs. Refractory products of silicon carbide abrasive materials have high thermal conductivity, heat resistance (deformation starting above 1500 C), resistance to acid slags.
